F.A.Q.

1. Is the cream safe to use?  Yes. It is safe to use and safe to touch.
2. Are there any side effects to using the Swole-Cream and/or Swole-Lotion?  No. There are no side effects, both products are all natural and safe.
3. How soon can I expect to see results?  If you follow the directions you should see results in 2-6 weeks.
4. What kind of results can I expect?  Actual results vary, but you can expect an increase in girth (circumference) from 1-2 inches. You will notice the biggest difference when you have a full erection.
5. What is the limit to how big I can get using these products?  We are not sure if there is a limit. How much you gain depends on how dedicated you are to following the directions. It is also very important to be consistent.
6. What about length? Will the cream make my penis longer?  It is possible but not guaranteed. The cream is designed to make the penis thicker. However some customers have noticed slightly increased length as well. To increase length we suggest using the cream with a pump and using the various Penis Stretching Exercises. Or you could use something like a penis stetching (traction) device. Please see the Penis Stretch Exercises section for complete details.
7. How do I use this cream with a penis pump?  Please see the pump instructions section on how to use the cream with a pump.
8. How does the cream compare to penis enlargement pills?  There is no real comparison. Pills merely increase blood flow to the penis making it appear bigger for a temporary time. As soon as you stop taking the pills your penis will return to its original size. The cream on the other hand, is applied directly to the penis and gets absorbed through the skin causing it to grow.
9. What is Mammoth Cream? What is the difference?  Mammoth Cream is whipped like Swole Cream but not gritty. It also is not 100% all-natural but close. However, it’s our most powerful product. One jar is all you need to see long-lasting results that might last the rest of your life.
10 Do I have to wash off the cream or should I just leave it on?  No. You do not have to wash off the cream. Just rinse without soap when you are done, if you feel the need to do so. Details are in the instructions. So please be sure to read them.
11 Can the Swole Cream Penis Enlargement Cream help with premature ejaculation?  Absolutely. Most men, (that are healthy) that suffer from premature ejaculation simply have weak muscles which are needed to delay ejaculation. This is usually a result of having a very small amount of intercourse throughout their lives. This includes married men. Using Swole-Cream provides you with all the sensations of having real sex, minus the tension and pressure of having to please anyone. The longer you use it, the more accustomed you will become to these sensations and the more you will train your penis to handle these sensations. By using Swole Cream, you be able to become accustomed to these sensations and increase the size (girth) of your penis at the same time. Complete details on how to develop these weak muscles is included with the instructions page.
12 What is the difference between the Swole-Cream and Swole-Lotion? Can I use both at the same time?  Which one you choose really depends on how much time and effort you have for penis enlargement. If you have a lot of time, then go for the cream. If you want convenience and don’t mind if it takes a little longer to get results then use the lotion. The cream is gritty and takes effort to absorb through the skin. The cream is also perfect for use with a pump. The Swole-Lotion is very similar to the cream, but its just like hand lotion. It absorbs through the skin instantly, Some people like to use both products. The cream should be used at least 3 times per week, but the lotion can be used every day, even more than once per day. Any time of day for both products is fine. Just read the instructions page to see which one is best for you.
13 Which product is more effective? Swole-Cream, Swole-Lotion, or Mammoth Cream?  Both products are very effective and use the same active ingredients and the principle of absorption to penis growth. However, Swole Cream has a slight advantage over Swole Lotion. Mammoth Cream is the most effective but not 100% all-natural.

21 What is a penis pump?   There are many types of pumps out there so deciding on which pump to buy can be a challenge. Here are some guidelines to help you make a decision: A pump has three main parts:
  1. Pump: The device used to suck out the air, usually a bulb or a handle with a valve.
  2. Cylinder: A long tube with a large open end on one side, and a small end on the other.
  3. Hose: An air hose used to connect the pump and to the small end of the cylinder
Basic Pumps:
A basic pump comes with a bulb or a handle plunger that is used to create suction. Most of these pumps also come with a rubber sleeve or dougnut inserted at the open end of the cylinder. The purpose is to help create a better vacuum (air tight) because the rubber can seal tighter around your skin than the cylinder (most cylinders are made of plastic).
If you are on a budget and you are just starting out, this is a great type of pump to use. The cylinders come in one general size which fits most men and they are very simple to operate. Some of these pumps have a small hole in the cylinder. You are supposed to put your finger over the hole to create the vacuum and remove it when you are ready to release the pressure. Avoid these types of pumps because it forces you to do 2 things at once, keep pressure over the hole and keep pressure on the cylinder against your skin. This is inconvienent and your hand could get tired very quickly. A good starter pump will have a quick release button or trigger that can be used to release the pressure quickly.
Another tip is to remove any rubber inserts. The rubber does not guarantee a seal and it restricts bloodflow to the base of your penis. Instead, apply some vaseline around the bottom of the cylinder and keep it pressed against your skin
Standard Pumps:
The next type of pump comes with a handle that you use to create the pressure. These can generally create more pressure than the bulb style pumps and usually the quick release mechanism is built into the handle. The cylinders are identical to the basic pumps.
Advanced Pumps:
These pumps usually come with a pressure gauge. Very similiar to the standard pumps. The only other difference is that they may have a special connection on the cylinder to connect the hose. (It is very possible to interchange parts between pumps, such as the cylinder or handle. So if you get one pump and decide to upgrade you should keep all of your parts from your original pump).
Standard Cylinders:
Standard cylinders come in one general size designed to fit most men. By size I mean the diameter of the cylinder. Typically bewteen 2-1/2 – 2-3/4 inches in diameter. (If you are not sure what size you need, first measure yourself. Then select a cylinder that is just slightly larger in diameter than you are.) There are 3 basic kinds of rubber inserts that are found in these cylinders:
  1. Doughnut: This is usually a round piece of rubber with a hole in the middle (hence the name). They are generically designed to fit onto most cylinders.
  2. Short Inserts: These are very similar to the doughnuts execept they usually have an end the sticks about 2 inches up inside the cylinder. The idea is to create a better fit around your penis.
  3. Full length inserts: This is a complete sleeve that is closed at the top and extends all the way to the top of the cylinder from the inside. I’m not exactly sure what purpose they serve other than to enhance the sensation if you are trying to masterbate.
Special Cylinders:
As I mentioned before some cylinders have special connectors for the hose. These connectors allow you to quickly remove the hose but maintain the pressure. For the most part this is not a very useful feature because you lose the ability to quickly release the pressure and without the pump attached you can no longer increase the pressure when needed. Cylinders can also come in different sizes. Smaller diameters are great if you are just starting because it makes it easier to maintain a vacuum seal. If you grow too large to fit into any of the basic or standard cylinders then you will need to get a larger cylinder. Cylinders are sold separately so it can be cost effective to simply buy another cylinder instead of an entire pump system.
